A group of orders going to nearby areas (same governorate), picked up by one courier for efficient delivery.

The courier pays the full order amount upfront upon pickup — so your money is safe.

The delivery price is negotiated directly between you and the courier.

You can choose based on rating, delivery history, and proposed fee.

We deduct half the delivery fee from both sides after agreement to ensure commitment — it’s refunded after completion.

When the courier clicks “Return”, their live location is sent to chat — proving they visited the customer.

The courier returns the shipment to you and gets refunded the amount they paid + shipping cost (if not collected from customer).

For Courier

We verify each merchant’s identity (name, ID photo, phone number). You should also confirm the pickup location is valid (home, shop, office, or warehouse). If something feels off, you can inspect or reject the shipment.

There’s no limit — accept as many shipments as you like.

You negotiate the delivery price directly with the merchant.

We deduct half the shipping fee from both parties to ensure commitment — it's refunded after delivery or return.

Click “Return” — your location is sent to the merchant. Once returned, you get your payment and shipping fee back
